Enjoy a hands-on Thai cooking lesson at Air's Thai Culinary Kitchen. Get introduced to the herbs, spices and ingredients you will be using before learning how to deliciously mix them up the way Thai people do.

- Kaeng Kieaw Wan Kai ( Green Curry with Chicken )
- Tom Yum Kung ( Hot and Sour Prawn Soup
- Pad Thai ( Thai Style Fried Rice Noodles )
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday:
- Tom Kha Kai ( Chicken and Galangal in Coconut Cream Soup )
- Po Taek ( Spicy Seafood Soup )
- Pad Kaphao Kai ( Stir-fried Minced Chicken with Chilli and Holy Basil )
Programme
- 8:30 - 9:00 am: Hotel pick-up (City Hotel Only)
- 9:00 - 9:15 am: Siriwattana market- the newspaper for meeting point then Siriwattana shopmarket tour
- 9:45 am: Depart for Air’s Thai Culinary Kitchen
- 10:15 am: Introduction to the herbs and spices garden - outdoor
- 10:30 am: Coffee break
- 10:40 am: Introduction to ingredients / recipes for the course
- 11:00 am: Demonstration & Hands on cooking
- 12:30 pm: Lunch
- 1:00 - 1:30 pm: End of course & hotel drop-off
