体験内容
Learn the secrets of Bali’s most celebrated dishes. Everyone who comes to Bali needs to try smoked duck. Balinese smoked duck is different for the other because it is not only delicious but it also brings you into the culture of Balinese. For this class, you will learn how to make this famous dish on your own and learn about the history and the culture of Balinese. This is the time to create your special experience in Bali.

- Smoked duck
- Lawar - a mixture of seasonal greens, coconut and minced meat with Balinese herbs and spices
- Fragrant yellow rice
- Non-dairy Balinese coconut gelato
- Balinese rice wine
スケジュール
Sunday
5:15pm: Arrival at Honeymoon Guesthouse.
5:30p: Introduction to Balinese spices and local ingredients.
6:30 pm: Cooking of the smoked duck begins.
7:30 pm: A smoked duck feast is served.
8:30 pm: Dessert is served with Balinese coffee or tea.
9:00 pm: End of class.
